Ron Henriksen
Chairman
Ron Henriksen, a founder and chairman, has more than thirty-seven years of experience in the life science industry. Mr. Henriksen retired as president of Indiana University’s Research and Technology Institute in 2002 to form a venture capital partnership to invest in life science companies – Twilight Venture Partners.
Previously, Mr. Henriksen served as president and chief executive officer of a California-based biotechnology company, which he successfully sold in 1995. Prior to that, he held several managerial and executive positions in marketing, finance and business development with Eli Lilly and Company.
Currently he is president and CEO of EndGenitor Technologies, Inc. an adult stem cell company located in Indianapolis. In addition, Mr. Henriksen serves as Chairman of Semafore Pharmaceuticals, Inc., an Indianapolis-based cancer therapeutics company, and Chairman of Cytori therapeutics, Inc. a public (CYTX), adipose stem cell company located in San Diego.
Mr. Henriksen holds a B.S. degree in industrial administration from Iowa State University, and an M.B.A. “with distinction” from the Harvard Business School.
