Don Scifres leads ANGEL Learning’s customer-facing services operations, including customer support, consulting, education and application hosting. Deep expertise gained from more than fifteen years of experience in senior information technology leadership roles leads Don to take a scientific, data-driven approach to refining ANGEL Learning’s service offerings and measuring success. These methods, in combination with ANGEL Learning’s focus on both the customer experience and perspective, ensure ANGEL Learning’s customers receive not only high levels of customer support, but also the right services to meet varied and evolving needs.

Don came to ANGEL Learning from Freedom Mortgage Corporation in 2007 where he led projects envisioning, prioritizing and implementing strategic internal and customer–facing applications. His experience also includes leading efforts to create and apply new business methods in areas including shared services, global business applications, project management and computer integrated manufacturing.

Don is a graduate of Purdue University, with a degree in technology and has completed executive education courses at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia and the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University.
