Candice Roberts brings an extensive background in customer relationship management to her role as leader of the ANGEL Learning sales organization. Candee applies knowledge gained in her more than twenty-five year career in customer-facing operations to foster a sales team focused on understanding and responding to the needs of the customer.

Under Candee’s leadership, the ANGEL sales organization emphasizes the importance of deep product knowledge, specialized by market segment. These attributes enable the ANGEL sales team to understand with great clarity and address in very specific terms the varied needs of educators in different educational environments. They also create the positive customer experience ANGEL is intent on delivering from the customer’s first interaction with ANGEL Learning.

Candee joined the ANGEL Learning leadership team in 2005 from Cygent, a San Francisco-based technology start-up where as vice president of customer services she planned, built and managed customer service operations including implementing customer satisfaction processes and leading customer focus teams.

Candee is a graduate of Ball State University, with a degree in secondary education.
