Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for performing administrative support for the Sales department,  assisting in data collection and input into the Sales tracking system and creating and maintaining documents and presentations. The ideal candidate will focus on tasks that ensure that Sales team members can provide a seamless customer experience.  To be successful, the Sales Coordinator will have:

  • Expert knowledge of and ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio software applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Rigorous attention to detail; the ability to be meticulous and accurate and have high quality standards.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Superior customer orientation; be attentive and responsive to customer concerns (both internal and external).
  • Results orientation – the ability to identify confront and overcome barriers to successful completion of a task or project

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in Sales, Finance or related field.  Experience in software applications and/or education markets are highly desirable.  A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology or comparable experience is required.
