Program Services Program Manager

The Program Services Program Manager drives the cross-functional execution of projects in a manner that ensures on-time delivery of high quality results that meet the stated business objectives of the customer. The successful candidate will:

• Facilitate all aspects of implementing complex or strategic solutions for ANGEL customers, from sales support to production launch, while ensuring that the customer will be a reference.
• Serve as subject matter expert for ANGEL software products, consulting with the customer as well as internal support, training, product development and sales to ensure best-practice use and a positive customer experience.
• Ensure solutions meet the specified business requirements and are scalable, repeatable and employ ANGEL Learning thinking.
• Promote speed, quality and shared vision by getting the right people involved in decisions.
• Ensure that projects are appropriately documented and broadly communicated to drive shared vision.
• Speak knowledgeably, articulately and effectively to communicate with and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Continuously assess the work team and recommend structure and process improvements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree and related experience.
• 7+ years experience in project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize large amounts of information, identify critical information and risks, and recommend solutions.
• High level of energy, self-confidence and enthusiasm with ability to communicate and develop positive relationships with a wide variety of customers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams successfully on complex projects.
• Strong teamwork/collaboration; especially effective customer handling.
• Ability to work independently; manage multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines with a high standard for quality.
• PMP certification desirable.
• Approximately 20% travel.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

• Knowledge of learning and software development best practices.
• Experience in the administration or use of learning management systems.
